A3: Yes, it is our pleasure to provide our stock samples for you to study the printing and sewing workamanship within 3 days.

Q4: Logo and design?

A4: After inquiry and price confirmed. please offer us your logo which you want to make it print on the itme bag. Do please offer it in AL file, or PDF file.SO we can make sure the logo printing clear enough.

Q5: What's your payment term?

A5: L/C at sight;TT 30% deposit in advance, the balance at sight of B/L .

Q6: It is our first cooperation, how can you ensure your quality?

A6: We attend the Cantoon Fair every year. If any quality problem, you can come to our booth to have a face to face meeting. What's more, your third part inspection is acceptable before shipment.

Q7: After-sale service?

A7: If receive any complaint or claims, we promise to make feedback within 24 hours, and base on the good communication of both sides, we'll provide a practical solution within 2 working days.
